My definition of Fascist was from Dictionary.com... Cicero's definition of Fascist originated at "The American Thinker"... (American Thinker is a daily conservative online magazine)

I'm glad you mentioned PAY THEIR MEDICAL BILLS, Senders... The Tax/Penalty in ObamaCare was proposed by the Republicans to prevent Free Loaders who can buy insurance, but don't. When they are seriously injured or sick, THE TAXPAYERS PAY THEIR MEDICAL BILLS.
