More PROOF POSITIVE, there is NO RENAISSANCE.

Bad news, yes, but the bad news MUST be made known and the dems need to learn that they MUST stop lavishing everything on downtown because people are NOT moving INTO the city.   DV won't even touch the city with a ten-foot pole.

In order for a renaissance to start, the dems MUST take away ALL tax exemptions on downtown properties, they MUST make Proctors--which CLEARLY is a "for profit" business--pay taxes, they MUST lower the taxes on the homeowners.

Isn't it the State & Feds that decides who gets Tax Exempt Status? (501(c)3 Corporation)

Can you tell how causing homeowners to lose their homes because they can't afford to pay the taxes of the downtown millionaires is proof that the mayor and council are working on behalf of of the taxpayers?

Can you tell us how actions taken by the mayor that have been causing peoples home values to plummet drastically is an indicator that the mayor doing good by them?

No, we do not want to "bash" the city.   We want the TRUTHS to be told to all the HOMEOWNERS so that they can intelligently vote in future elections, knowing full well that they are footing the bill for the millionaires and politically connected while they themselves as homeowners are struggling financially.

In order for the city to improve, the secrets must come out so that HOMEOWNERS and residents can vote intlligently for leaders who will work to improve things for the HOMEOWNERS instead of working for the milllionaires and politically connected.

So, I've been waiting for you to provide proof of the renaissance.   And you won't respond with any proof because there is none.
