Schenectady seeking contractors to bid on fixing foreclosed properties

The city of Schenectady, New York, is seeking contractors to become qualified to bid on projects for the second phase of its Key to the City — H.O.M.E.S. program.
Qualified contractors will be able to bid on repair and renovation projects in properties that have been foreclosed by the city.
