MT  - I don't think they ignored him.  Interestingly, due to teh problem with having people come forward they often will direct people to call the station so the person is not identified and possibly put at risk.

I have no problem with you and I think the fact our conversations are on line and not face to face make them more likely to get off track.  I get too
passionate, excitedable sometimes to during the discussions.  It's something I have to keep in mind when on internet talk sites.

Dixon has a right toi file a complaint.  I know him and, generally speaking,  he's not a bad guy.

My problem is with the reporter - it's not the Gazette per se, but Moore's style of reporting.  Strock was no freind of SPD but I give him credit for trying to make sure his facts were always on point.

Again MT - take care, no hard feelings.

Public eyes are watching you. And so are Federal ones. We will not be threatened, harassed, intimidated or made to 'go away' just because you say we should.

How is your work at democrap HQ going, Miss Visitor?

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

GB grow up.  And I could care less what you say or do - just try and avoid bothering me.

Why would anyone want to keep track of what you say - you are one of the least interesting posters on this site.

Mike Christine, Cicero, rfrorpres, MT, rachel, - I disagree with them on many but not all issues, yet they never diagress into these childish delusional fantasies that you do.

Listen, the City is a cesspool....the taxpayers know it, the people from neighboring towns and counties know it and the SPD knows it. Unfortunately, Mayor McCheese and his clueless friends could care less. As long as the Mayor can collect his salary and $100K State Pension during his reign as dictator he'll let the SPD deal with issues he really needs to address.

Exactly! And the State knows it. They need to come in and flush these DEM double dippers/self dealers out of City Hall. Chase the money changers out of the temple. City Hall is such a beautiful building ruined by DEM morons. McCheese would not be elected dog catcher in any other City. But he is a "law enforcement expert" and job creator --ROTFLMAO!!

Porterfield abused her office at crime scene

Re Kathleen Moore’s July 8 article, “Police called hostile to public”: We cannot have different strokes for different folks in Schenectady.
[City Councilwoman] Marion Porterfield should have been arrested for stepping into a cordoned-off crime scene. Using Commissioner [Public Safety Commissioner] Wayne Bennett’s rationale that “anyone entering a crime scene area can contaminate the evidence,” did Ms. Porterfield think her dirty shoes trampling onto a forbidden area would help the police investigation?
Councilwoman Porterfield swore to uphold the law when she took her oath of office. On June 18, she broke the law. Punishment should have been duly meted out for her unlawful act.
Ms. Porterfield could have been very helpful during the incident. Instead, she wanted the police to recognize her.
It is a sad day in Schenectady when a city official cannot comprehend the job the police have to do when dealing with a shooting incident. Their attention is on the victim, not a gawking public.
The Gazette article read as though the councilwoman was more an agitator than a conciliator. She would do well to stay clear of crime scenes and pay more attention to the litter in her neighborhood.

When something good happens on Paige St please put it up here. Marion Poterfield is another McCheese disaster. No business expertise/no college/still lives at home with her mama. Who does like sound like? Birds of a feather. In her first official action she voted AGAINST Federal Affirmative Action Laws. There's no bottom to the City's free fall.
