as it exists now you'd have to be in the pool to use it for handball............................I've scoured the town code, and there is nothing that I could find that prohibits the thing...............the only possible issue might be that it's too close to the neighbors property line and could be a hazard if it were to topple.........whatever....................it does raise the possibility though, that if you had a 6' fence in your backyard for privacy, and felt it wasn't doing that, you could conceivably erect a few of these type structures, not on the property line but maybe a foot or two away (and don't call it a fence) , and get more privacy.................a little extreme yeah, but still the option appears to be there................
