Obama was elected to bring change. The Republicans(the party of NO) have continued to support Bush's failures by roadblocking any changes.
What country are you talking about? In America, that president Obama had control of both houses of congress for 2 years and passed a $787 billion spending bill, and then signed a health insurance bill passed on partisan lines that mandates every American purchase medical insurance.
Those road blocks are more like pot holes - nothing more than an annoyance.
