I had a great time at the Niskayuna Co-Op Open House today.  WGNA was on hand to provide entertainment - great local foods / samples, lots of new locally and regionally produced food is now on their shelves.  Had an awesome time!

They actually brought in a new chocolate supplier in, which I was disappointed in - I wish they had enticed Uncle Sam's products (produced in Schenectady) instead, but this was 2nd Best IMHO.

All in all, a great time - lots of people and a fun time.  

Check them out if you're looking for fresh cut meat, fresh veggies and regionally produced foods - you WONT be disappointed!
