I assume that since there has been no reply to my question, that the answer would be no. I have not seen in the news regarding this, so am I to believe that this was a hoax.

People (not on the list) are free to live wherever they choose to ... with mommy/daddy or on their own. If people knowingly make the decision to live next to or near a sex offender, so be it - there's no law that says a town official can't live near one.

I'm sure you are aware of the spell check feature offered here or am I led to believe that you are one of the ignorant products of our sub par educational system.
