Hey, ya know it's the renaissance.
DV claims the city is improving, it's a wonderful renaissance. He should buy it, he could get it in his buddy's program so he could get a mortgage more than the price of the house. Well, after all if the city is getting better as he claims, then the value of the house should go up, right?
Isn't that right, DV. The BEST time to buy this house would be now and based on what YOU say, you should get very rich.
So, are you making an offer?
RP, wouldn't you just love to have him as your neighbor. You don't have to worry, DV wouldn't buy a house and move into the city. For over a year he's been all talk and no action.
And he STILL cannot provide one shred of EVIDENCE that the city is getting better....for the taxpayers, the neighborhoods, and the people that live in them. Not one
