From Channel 6 Postal service refuses to deliver mail to a Schenectady home because there is no hand rail and the mailbox is on the porch. It's 2 steps and has been this way for 64 years and was never a problem until Monday. The residents are 86 and 87 and are not in the best health, but are now faced with installing a new mailbox, a railing, or driving themselves to the post office to get their mail. I was there today and went up and down the stairs several times and never doubted my safety. What do you think about this sort of thing?
