I am sure that you requested the various required permits from the cities, towns, villages and of course, the FAA waiver before you call aviation control for clearance for the launch of your drones.
Assuming of course your drones use a motor with more than 160 Newton-seconds of total impulse.

They can, in fact see very tiny details from satellites, however, a satellite can't be looking everywhere at once.

Sorry.........but I don't think it's necessary to be 'everywhere in the world all at once'!!! Everyone with the least bit of technology is being monitored...if need be. Between cell phones, gps, black boxes in cars, internet, cable tv, atm and credit card transactions, government health care, drivers licenses...blah blah blah..........they can find out the who, what, when and where of ANYBODY!!!!!
