I expect laws to exist that have a basis in realistic compliance without constant attention.
Really, you are defending a law that requires all residents of Rotterdam to manually control their automatic sprinkler systems
Read: you're are defending a law that requires all the residents of Rotterdam to look at a calendar and be able to compare it to their address, in other words, you're making them comply (even though they don't have to, by not watering their lawns) with a law that makes you think, and that's not OK.
I can't believe rotterdamians are actually disputing WATER/SPRINKLERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ya all need to focus on wth they're doin in the TH!!!

holy sh*t.....you go on nd on about sprinklers when the discussion started about rotterdams 25 flat fee for water.Which is not true... you say your the old folks that have been around or a while...you dont know you pay for water nd the 25 bucks isjust another fee.....come on now
Don't you think that down the road it would save both the town and citizens money if they raised the water bill vs. something outlandish like a reval? I read these bogus news stories...how much was lost on the middleman? Rotterdam has a resource that is way under priced. Seems like a no-brainer to me.
