The condos are not yet for sale..  Only a jack**s does not know this. They WILL sell like hotcakes once they are put on the market.

Can you please explain this:    NICE houses IN NICE neighborhoods IN the city (that are NOT in an area that floods)--sit UNSOLD for OVER A YEAR.
EXISTING condos along the river sit UNSOLD for a year.

Tell us WHY the new ones will sell quickly (as you claim).   Why would someone choose to spend their money where they could lose everything in a flood or hurricane when they do NOT want to buy nice homes in nice areas where it is dry?

It's the same idiotic reasoning used to spend $100 million downtown. The City of Schenectady uses "Field of Dreams" urban planning strategy...if you build it, they will come. Maybe if they get a magic 8 ball for Gillen and McCarthy they can ask "will Cuomo get us appointed state positions soon?"

OK, except for the language you are using, I will give you a pass.  My question to you is this, how long do you think it will take these "hotcakes" to sell out once they are actually put on the market.  I would like to be able to compare your answer with the actual results when they occur.

For sure, Rachel.

Isn't it so odd that while DV and his imaginary friends keep posting with a statement, such as the one above about "sell like hotcakes," not DV nor any of his imaginary friends will ever explain the statement.

Nor will he respond to direct questions.  If asked a question, the response is "I don't have to provide a response to you."    Just REFUSES to engage in any conversation whatsoever.   Likes to make statements, claim they are facts, but never provides any proof of why he claims they are facts.
