what do we say to them? DON'T HAVE CHILDREN until you are ready to care for them without expectation of help from the government. There is NO right in the Bill of rights to have kids taken care of, but at the same time , no one is telling you can't have kids. Heck, going fishing requires a license, but having kids doesn't. There is plenty of intrusion by the government in people lives, but whether or not to have kids isn't one of them...even if you are a minor. I guess the intrusion this guy WANTS is government $$ to pay for a personal decision.
