The gift cards will be used to sell on the corner for cash for drugs!! They do it every single day. They take their welfare 'card'...go into a store and buy up all kinds of stuff that will sell on the street for cash......hence a drug fix!! The drug dealers love this sh!t! The drug addicts will have their relatives/friends from down state, take a ride up state, with their broken, stolen, junk guns and instant cash for drugs!! ahhhhhhhhhh.......the drug dealers are waiting for their next economic boom!!!
