A woman who is carrying a clump of cells, that in 9 months may or may not become a baby, who is planning to visit the White House and a White House tour... should make a reservation for the expected baby, if the tour date is beyond her due date.
More than half of all pregnancies end with out a baby... most of those clumps of cells in the early stages do not eventually become a baby.
If a woman is planning to visit the White House tour, and is pregnant she only has to make a reservation for the PEOPLE WHO WILL ATTEND... NO RESERVATION IS REQUIRED FOR THE CLUMP OF CELLS.
