SCHENECTADY, NY – Two people were transported to the hospital and one suspect is in custody after a car crash in Schenectady on Saturday.
The head on car collision happened at the intersection of Broadway and Lower Broadway at approximately 2:35 p.m.
Police say a male from one of the cars fled the scene and ran down Lower Broadway. He was apprehended in less than a half hour. It's unknown at this time why the man fled.
Two people involved in the car accident were transported to Ellis Hospital.

You mean CBS 6 ALBANY? Directly from Niskayuna. They only walk the streets of Schenectady when they have armed guards. It's the only way...and they don't go near State St., either. They usually stick to Union, and try to go for Upper Union in that case.
