Keep the DEM implosion going! No need to investigate shoddy work that ripped off the County taxpayers. Metrograft should come in a flush a more million on needed facade improvements. Maybe that will work on Olender's too-ROTFLMAO!!

Seen it the other day what a disaster that is, as Tommy said they never put any mesh behind it to hold it together they simply went right over the bricks. I doubt they will redo it right, instead they will have someone patch it up which will be a yearly thing

Meanwhile over at implosion County. Call in a code enforcer for the fallen plaster off Death Ray's DSS rehab. With a $5 MILLION deficit under Big Mac they could use the new County fees.

How does that work exactly? If any of US hired on a contractor to side our homes that way, and it started falling apart, we would be LIVID.

Any rational person would demand that the work be done over again, correctly, for free, or we would be threatening legal action.
Everybody from the building inspector, the permit office, the court of claims, a bunch of lawyers, and the better business bureau would be involved if they ever tried to pull off a scam like that on MY home.

Those contractors are no better than the roving gypsies that pull the paving scams.

Maybe it's the new cost reduction strategy.  No we do not have any money for you, look at this building for god's sake, it's falling apart!  What they really need is a magically cost reduction pony to save us.
