Killington Resort is reopening 35 trails after a freak storm dropped 19 inches of snow on the mountain. The snow continued falling Tuesday afternoon.

It's only 'unusual' to get snow in the higher Adirondacks in the month of July... Probably the same in the higher
areas of Vermont.

I surrendered to Climate Change in the Adirondacks a few weeks ago.  Worst ski season in decades  

However...

  I did about 6 miles on the Mohawk River Rail Trail  Sunday on Roller Blades!   tryin to make the best
of a bad situation.

Now that may be worth taking a day off from work while the kids are on spring break.   Would make a good day trip.   Maybe an overnight.
