Looks like the Mega Millions has crossed a 1/2 billion dollars.  If someone wanted to buy the "slogan" for the city of rotterdam, how much do you think it would cost to have it say "hey, atleast were not schenectady" instead of "a wonderful place to live" on the city signs?  

Well, considering you're getting it in New York State, it will be much less.  If anyone wins, I suggest changing your home address prior to cashing in your ticket.
