If food stamps are "biblical" - then I agree - get religion out of govt and govt out of our religion.

She quotes scripture like she knows it...  It does state what she was saying, "When I was hungry, you fed me..."



BUT it does NOT SAY  
"WHEN I WAS HUNGRY, YOU GAVE TO THE GOVERNMENT, WHO FED ME."  

...remember, it was a boy with his 5 loaves and 2 fish, who willingly gave them to his Lord who multiplied them to feed the masses.
