Fire on Windsor Terrace this morning.

News reports it as an abandoned house.

Check the records, it's owner has an address in Brooklyn.

Let's see how quickly McC has the house demolished and the lot cleaned up.

Bet there's no insurance on the place.   News reported that a neighboring property sustained fire damage too.   Hope that owner's insurance covers fire damage resulting from a fire on a propbably uninsured, probably tax delinquent, unkempt neighboring properties

Schenectady's favorite son will have more open houses at taxpayer expense.

You didn't think those Saturday's and Sunday's were attended by city official's and cops and firefighters free from overtime did you?

If they sold these derelict properties to the nfp's then the squatters would have a legitimate place to squat and maybe would even plant flowers in the sidewalk cracks. Dandelions count don't they?

Everybody wins

Quoted Text
“I’m not going to just let these buildings sit here and add to the blight,” McCarthy said.
Quoted by the dem after the fire on Union St.

SOSOOOOO, what about the blight on Windsor Terriace?

How about it cheerleaders for downtown......what have you got to say about the blight in the neighborhoods, like this one after this fire.]

How about the blight from a fire a decade ago up the road on Eastern across from that old fire station.    What have you got to say about the PROOF POSITIVE, the EVIDENCE of your dems ignoring the blight in the neighborhoods?????

DV, Ham?    Can you provide an explanation of why ignoring the blight in the neighborhoods while giving money to the millioniares is good for the residents in the neighborhoods?

Ok, let's watch him spew his babble and/or obscenitites.    Or it will be no response at all (becuase he cannot respond to the question because it's quite embarrasing to respond with a truthful answer that the dems HAVE ignored the burned out buildlings in the neighborhoods while taking the taxpyaer money to give to millionaires downtown)
