News reports it as an abandoned house.

Check the records, it's owner has an address in Brooklyn.

Let's see how quickly McC has the house demolished and the lot cleaned up.  

Bet there's no insurance on the place.   News reported that a neighboring property sustained fire damage too.   Hope that owner's insurance covers fire damage resulting from a fire on a propbably uninsured, probably tax delinquent, unkempt neighboring properties

Like the building next to Manhatten Exchange.....this one should be torn down no later then tomorrow................yes?
