Gawd, I only posted about yesterday's shooting a few minutes ago!
Well, sure as the warm weather arrives
But keep on spending all the money on downtown, forget the neighborhoods or the people
Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent. Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.
"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."
Great advertisement for Gary Mc-Mayor's 'buy a house in schenectady'!!!

SCHENECTADY – Police have made two arrests in connection with a Saturday evening shooting at 814 State Street.
29-year-old Miguel Mead is facing charges for illegally possessing a weapon, and reckless endangerment.
Police say Mead shot himself in an apparent suicide attempt. He is now in stable condition at Albany Medical Center, and is expected to survive.
The guy shoots him self trying to commit suicide, they have him (in the hospital then presumably CDPC) and the weapon - was likely near him or in his hand (if it was a suicide) ... but they get credit for tracking down the shooter? Really? Did it take that much investigation? Wonder if NYSP had to be called for backup.
That's like going fishing and finding someone elses stringer of fish when you get there and claiming "look what I caught".
I have always had a big respect for the men in blue, but comon guys.

That's just poor writing, if they lead with "alleged shooter tries to take life" and ended with the arrest, you wouldn't look twice. The article doesn't say anything about them tracking it down.
I don't spell check! Sorry... If you include "No offense" in a statement, chances are, your statement is offensive.
No where in either article does it say that the police were "tracking down" the shooter. The first says that they were "investigating the shooting" and the second simply states that "two arrests were made in connection". Of course, the nayboobs are quick to take a cheap shot at the police. The nayboobs have an almost patholigcal need to lie, twist words and deceive others. They really should be rounded up and committed for psych evaluations.
As for the incident itself. I hope that the young man gets the help that he needs to fix whatever troubles led him to consider suicide. To the police, thank you - once again - for doing your job well.

This might be HIGHLY unpopular, but i agree.
