The GOP is it's own worse enemy.  Another case and point.

I don't spell check!  Sorry...
If you include "No offense" in a statement, chances are, your statement is offensive.

On Monday, the 600 or so radio stations that air Limbaugh’s program were told by his syndicator, Premiere Radio Networks, to resume running “barter” ads during his program. Stations are required to run these ads in exchange for paying discounted fees to Premiere to air Limbaugh’s show. Premiere, which is owned by radio giant Clear Channel Communications, had suspended the “barter” requirement for two weeks in a move widely seen as a way to give advertisers a chance to lie low while Limbaugh was in the news.

Limbaugh has apologized for some of his statements about Fluke, whom he attacked after she spoke last month in favor of mandatory insurance coverage for contraception at an event sponsored by congressional Democrats.

Limbaugh’s advertising losses may have been less than media accounts suggested. While more than 100 advertisers told Premiere that they didn’t want to be associated with “controversial” radio programs of any kind in the wake of the flap, some of these companies weren’t regular Limbaugh sponsors in the first place.

Carusone said most of the advertiser exodus over the past month appeared to be among companies whose ads aired only in regional or local markets, he said. “Fewer than five” nationwide sponsors of the program actually pulled out, he said.

“Contrary to the wishful thinking of the professional special interest groups, reports of sponsors fleeing the ‘Rush Limbaugh Show’ are grossly exaggerated. In fact, the program retains virtually of all its long-term sponsors who continue to have great success” with the show, saidRachel Nelson, spokeswoman for Premiere.

The Republican War On Women appears to have been a suicide assault... The result guarantees an election
loss in November.

The Washington Post:
USA Today-Gallup poll of a dozen battleground states shows "among independent women -- a key group of
swing voters -- Obama had been trailing Romney by five points in a series of surveys late last year.
But that number shifted dramatically in polling conducted in February and March, and the president took a
14-point lead over the former Massachusetts governor, marking a net gain of 19 points."

I heard Carbonite on the much-despised and very evil Glenn Beck show yesterday. Must be they are sneaking back to conservative radio again in need of middle class customers who would use their products.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

Graham is a Glenn Beck fan... that explains a lot.

I'm surprised that you'd use that term to describe a whole class of women.  Do you really think that
independent women voters are bimbos???

Using the term 'bimbo' do describe one woman as a bimbo does not a misogynist make... that was just a
statement of fact.
Describing all women or a class of women as bimbos (as you did with independent women voters) is misogynist.

I guess that means using a racial slur like the N word to describe President Obama does not a racist make...Interesting...

The N word is a racist term so it would be hard to use it with out a racist meaning.

Bimbo (as defined above) used to describe all women or most women would appear to be misogynist, but
to describe one person as a 'bimbo would be like calling that one person an 'idiot'... and does not apply to
all people, just that one being described.

Good try box...You could make that argument for any slur.  Slurs are derogatory words meant to disparage a person based on their race, gender, or ethnic background. Bimbo is a gender slur.  You could have as easily described the person as an 'idiot', but instead you used a gender specific slur.  Just a bit misogynistic.

I'm sure you have no problem calling a woman a b**ch either.  After all, there is a definition for it.

2.a female of canines generally.

c.Disparaging and Offensive . any woman.

Three Republican Senators Criticize GOP’s War On Women!

The men in the Republican Party may not think they’re fighting a “war on women,” but its female senators
certainly do. Yesterday, Sen. Lisa Murkowski joined Sens. Olympia Snowe  and Kay Bailey
Hutchison in criticizing the GOP’s push for legislation to restrict access to contraception and other basic
health care services:
“It makes no sense to make this attack on women,” she said at a local Chamber of Commerce luncheon.
“If you don’t feel this is an attack, you need to go home and talk to your wife and your daughters.”

Sen. Murkowski promised to fight for Planned Parenthood funding and also spoke out against Rush Limbaugh’s
attack of Sandra Fluke, adding, “To have those kind of slurs against a woman … you had candidates who want
to be our president not say, ‘That’s wrong. That’s offensive.’ They did not condemn the rhetoric.”
