The egg yolk picture you show suddenly receives protection from violent acts committed against it, as long as those acts are not committed by the mother and the mother recognizes it as something of higher value than an egg yolk. Those protections are not afforded to any other part of the body. There is no 'lungicide', or livericide, or 'stomachicide' laws.
