"We tortured Assange"

The confidential emails analysts Stratfor reveal the plan of the United States to prosecute for the Australian hackers. But among the letters there are very hard judgments and assumptions of revenge against the leader of Wikileaks(February 29, 2012)Stratfor in January 2011 he writes: "we have an act of criminality against Assange top secret investigation. This information should not be published." The mail is placed in the "secure list", where are the most delicate and messages that deal with matters not intended to be published in bulletins that Stratfor subscribers are also many journalists around the world. So the U.S. is ready to arrest and prosecute Julian Assange? The message is a boss that Stratfor sources have the highest level in world of intelligence and the FBI.

It 's possible that this act of criminality, even after more than a year, has not yet been made public? Yes, it is plausible, because indictiment (act of criminality) depending on the complexity of the investigation can remain a secret investigation for years. The U.S. has never made any secret of Assange investigate and evaluate the possibility to indict him for espionage. At the same time, you do not see how the U.S. can prosecute Assange for espionage, but also all the incriminating papers that work with him to the release of secret documents.
