If gas prices rise it will be an issue in the November elections.  How high, and how much America blames Obama
for that rise may be an important factor in the spread of how much Obama beats Romney.

If prices rise... and unemployment also rises... Obama's reelection may even be close!

Bush raised the gas prices so that his buddies in big oil could make money but Obama has no control.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

Yes, uncontrollable market forces at work...Nothing Obama can do...He is only one man....Bush on the other hand, he was omnipotent and could command the global economy regardless of geopolitical events, and supply and demand...

Geez, some sufferers with Bush Derangement Syndrome think he should have been able to blow hurricane Katrina back out to sea.  Some have gone as far as saying Bush's reaction to Katrina was because he was a racist.  Bush Derangement Syndrome is a very debilitating condition.  The condition causes a suspension of reality for an alternate reality that places all blame for every problem in the world (real or perceived) on George W. Bush, and this is regardless how long Bush has been out of office.  The effects of the illness linger long after.

I do feel sorry for people like box who still suffer from this illness.  Box seems to have developed a new side effect called Fox Derangement Syndrome that causes a suspension of reality when it doesn't fit their agenda.

It must be a plague... since the vast majority of America still blames BUSH for BUSH policy.  I know, I know
it's not fair to blame George Worst Bush for what George Worst Bush did... It must be the disease.

For most of America, the answer to this question is... F'n NO!

What policies, his tax break for the rich policy?  His tax policy looks very similar to Obama's tax policy.  Oh yeah, they are the same.

Those with Bush Derangement Syndrome are incapable of dealing with the fact Obama signed the Bush "tax cuts for the rich" back into law.  The disconnect from reality is very sad when you witness it.  It is like a defense mechanism for the fragile liberal psyche, helping them cope with the disappointment from the hope and change they were anticipating that never materialized.  Obama still in middle eastern wars, still taking care of the big business and banker cronies.  Nothing has change except the rhetoric.

One can only pray for the people afflicted with this illness.

Do you presume to know what the Dems would be thinking???

I can only speak for myself and I think:
~High gas prices are a valid issue in a campaign... no matter who is in office.
~An improving economy is a valid issue in a campaign... no matter who is in office.

that depends on the value of our money.....and the largess of the fiat allowed.....THAT doesn't matter which party is in office....neither party cares to FIX IT.....BOTH parties continue to
support THEMSELVES.....but each party has a different way of making their constituents believe the crap that drips from their mouths......either the elephant licking the donkey's a$$ or the
donkey licking the elephant's a$$......

this isn't about party.....this is about the status quo of BOTH parties......

if we all decided that the current fiat is worthless, toss up our hands and walk away for, let's see 1 month and go back to bartering, BOTH parties and their 1% croonies lose their value that they
think they have.....you know what they have going for them, envy, jealously, greed from the 99% directed at them....AND THE 1% (BOTH PARTIES) DONT GIVE A RATS A$$.....but we let them
live there because we keep the fiat with value....why?

Definition: Fiat money is money that is intrinsically useless; is used only as a medium of exchange.

...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.

How a liberal "thinks"? Obama wants gas prices to rise-that's his official policy. High gas prices hurt everyone and cause more unemployment. They are also inflationary because of the increased shipping costs. Obama is a one term disaster. Even his strongest supporters will abandon him if the price goes over $4 a gallon. Both Ron Paul and Mitt Romney are beating him today.
