This tragic incident is being reported as a Murder-Suicide which means that it is not a "random act of violence" or a pattern of criminal behavior. IT IS SIMPLY A TRAGEDY.
Those who wish to use tragic incidents such as this to launch personal attacks on others or make some cheap partisan political comment are just plain despicable and immoral persons. |

lol DVOR The problem is our city is a mess. Many are trying to sell their homes to get the hell out. My neighbors two family which is in good shape well he just dropped the price to under 20 thousand. How many murders have there been recently, way too many. Not only are city cars being used by employees when they are not working, did you read the report that they have so many accidents that the deductible is now $25,000 per incident , so another words any repairs comes out of TAXPAYERS pockets. I wonder how many of the accidents occured after work hours? Our houses are WAY over assessed. Our streets are crumbling. |

It is quite renaissancy. Of course the Obama recovery is enough to make anyone take a jump. |
| "While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat." |

A Schenectady neighborhood is rattled after what police are calling an apparent murder-suicide.
A man and a woman were found dead inside a home on Mynderse Street.
FOX23 News spoke with a man named Imran Alli who says his ex wife Rafeena Rahaman is the victim in this murder-suicide.
Alli says he and his ex-wife have three kids together, all in their 20s.
It was a terribly emotional night for them, and especially hard for Imran as he may have been the last person to talk with Rafeena before she was killed.
"I am still in shock. I talked with her ten minutes before she died," explained Imran Alli, who tells FOX23 News his ex-wife, Rafeena Rahaman, called him at 9:30 Thursday morning saying she was fighting with her boyfriend.
At 1 pm, she called back and told him her boyfriend got in the house. "I told her to call the cops and I would call her back and we would see about things, but I never heard back from her," Alli said. Police say at about 1:30, officers responded for several reports of a man with a knife.
When they showed up to the home, they had to force entry and found two people dead inside, one of whom had been stabbed.
Alli tells us he knows there is a history of domestic violence between Rafeena and her boyfriend.
"Just last week he threatened her and told her not to call that cops and said it was him or the kids," Alli told us.
Alli calls Rafeena’s boyfriend jealous and possessive and says she was trying to get out of the relationship and move back to New York City.
"I think that was the confrontation today, he wanted one last chance and she agreed," Alli said. "He told her he loved her, but what kind of love is that?"
Alli tells us Rafeena spent the long weekend with her son who just got married. He and his three kids drove up from New York City to Schenectady to go talk to police about what happened.
Police have not confirmed any names yet.
They will confirm that there is a history of domestic violence between the two people involved in Thursday's tragedy.

This is a guy who used the death of a boy in Albany to promote a REMS taxing district. Pot, meet kettle. |

This was an APPARENT murder suicide! They are still investigating. Right now it appears that they both died of 'knife wounds'...........yes? So one of them killed the other with a knife and then killed themselves............with the same knife? |

This VERY random act of violence is nothing more than an aberration and a sad, sad tragedy...... Anyone who claims that our City is a "war zone" is obviously out of their minds and mentally ill..... I would prefer the Police lock THEM up and heartily encourage them to do so. |

And you right along with them.....it is not safe anywhere in this Town or City these days...
why would you even support that it is not.....are you living under a rock???
Society has a problem and the violence is escalating.....so don't sugar coat it with your outrageous
mental thinking.....you need help ...you have no empathy.....no intelligence....and don't judge
others based on what they think or what party they belong to.....

Lalallaaaaalalalalaaaaaaa All is GREAT here! There aren't dirtbag peasants every 2 feet apart with violence and larceny in their hearts. The local police tell me confidentially there are gunshots WAYYYYYYYYY more than is reported in the "official" news reports that have been sanitized. It must be that these officers don't take you and your democrap propaganda very seriously, Visitor.
We aren't typical paisans in the burbs that believe your sanguine reports of renaissance, brother. We have eyeballs and ears. |
