A 44-year-old Schenectady man died Wednesday morning after he was struck by an Amtrak train in Rochester, seconds after he was kicked off for being drunk and disruptive, police said.
Troy Zabawczuk may have been trying to jump back onto the moving train after Amtrak staff refused to let him back on, Rochester Police Officer Steven Scott said.
