Do we really need another print shop in town? There's several around - including right around the corner on Chrisler ... why does the town need another one. I say PROTEST ... the traffic, the waste, the deliveries to the business - it's so unnecessary and will create major traffic, lighting and noise problems for the neighborhood.

Everyone should show up and protest!
all those stolen signs at election time....one day Rotterdam will make the early morning international news for 'The town most covered in signage' whether it be election signs, business signs etc...
kind of like the cheese wheel rolling contests/bed races etc etc......

I'm being sent out of town at meeting time, otherwise I would be there. As far as Pilot, looks like they're looking to expand a bit more. May bring more tax revenue into town. As far as CVS, this should be dead in the water, except this is Rotterdam, and the checks are already cashed. Printz and Patternz, a local business looking to expand from Duanesburg into Rotterdam, and NOT on the taxpayer dime. I hope that they are able to get what they need and move in quickly and open shop. I realize there's others around, but there's other pharmacies, and we still get new ones, there's other pizza shops, and we still get new ones, there's other bars, and we still spend tax money to build a new one.
