They've learned that Downtown is not an area they want to venture into. Early morning stabbings by the ATM, people talking to themselves as they walk down the street, others begging for money and others being hit as they cross legally in a crosswalk.

Such crap!

I'm sure a good security company has been obtained for this state workers building.

OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH....trust me....these folks are well aware of what to expect in the city of schenectady...and no amount of 'welcome packages' is going to change that!! THEY ALREADY KNOW!!!!!

Just wait until they have to deal with those horrific supposedly snow plowed roads come winter!!
