Seems contractor was doing work at the house.   City should answer, was there a permit?   Is the electrician licensed?   Who will be responsible for the expenses?   Landlord or the taxpayers.  Of course, little money available from the taxpayers as the city is taking the taxpayers' money and spending it on downtown

And those who "lost everything", yes, I feel bad, but where is your renters' insurnace?


Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.  
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.
