Clinton's denial was laughable, but not to some younger people of the day. For some kids and young adults, oral sex is defined in a much different way.
I know it may sound strange to us but read what a CBS report said about young adults attitude of what constitutes sex:

Simple solution, give vouchers to the parents that don't agree with the public school curriculum to put toward a private school of their choice. It's a win-win...The parents don't have to send their kids to a public school that teaches against their values, and the poor-poor children that don't get sex ed taught to them at home can be taught about sex by the government.

On the contrary... Public schools are there for all kids. If your value system is out of the norm, or if you want to home school, or if your prefer a religious based system... then go ahead and build a school and educate your kids there. But don't expect the taxpayers of NY to fund your religious education or a religion based school system.

Abstinence is not like being a vegetarian...there are NO CHOICES!! You can be a vegan..an octo-vegan..and the list goes on but there is only one abstinence.
WHY does PP even list these incredibly stupid versions of abstinence which 2 aren't even true. They list several versions of what "SOME MAY CALL ABSTINENCE" because as I've posted above, the kids they are teaching this class to, have a different definition of the meaning of the word "abstinence". Some kids go into the class thinking that oral sex is still abstinence. PP rejects that definition.
In the text I've posted, PP rejects definition #1 and #2 as not being Abstinence. PP accepts definition #3, which is the same definition you and I have.

Planned parenthood was actually teaching these kids that if they wanted to be sexually active and not get pregnant...then their 2 choices were abstinence and/or oral sex!!! It had nothing to do with sexually transmitted diseases. When parents got wind of this........they were pissed....went to the school board....and the school board listened. Agree or not.......the school board listened to the parents/taxpayers! Kudos to the parents for speaking up and being involved.
