As it's between Exit 6 and 7, this really belongs on the "outside" Rotterdam section as it's within the city.
News just mentioned all the debris along the highway, debris that has been thrown.
Perhaps DV can enlighten us all as to why the city spending the taxpyaers moeny by giving 100% tax exemptions ot millioniares downtown instead of using the tax dollars to clean up- the city?
Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent. Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.
