Nothin' like fleeing the city where the residents are struggling to support his 'artsy empire'!! Wonder why he didn't opt for one of those new city luxury apartments? OH...that's right...too much crime/drugs/crumbling infrastructure!!!

He lives about as far away from the city as you can get!!! Nice black eye for the struggling schenectady residents and taxpaying businesses!!

Have to agree with you here Bumble. If there is such a Renaissance...if everything is so great...then why the hell would the ringleader skip town??? Even if he's making six-figures, couldn't he find a home in the City...where he's so involved?

It speaks volumes to the hypocricy of those with the taxpayers money burning a hole in their pockets.

Simple. He found a sucker that loves high taxes and crooked politicians to buy his Stockade property. Drive down Union St on former "Doctor's Row" 10 homes for sale and one church that has been for sale for years. Anyone wanna buy a church cheap? But the big local issue according to a demented old fart writer is the census report- lol.

Phillip Morris is smiling ---- because he is listening to the musical score for the great new musical ----  "MOONSHADOW - The Musical"

Moon Shadow lyrics
Songwriters: Stevens, Cat;

Yes, I'm bein' followed by a moon shadow
Moon shadow, moon shadow
Leapin' and hoppin' on a moon shadow
Moon shadow, moon shadow

And if I ever lose my hands
Lose my power, lose my land
Oh, if I ever lose my hands
Ooh, I won't have to work no more

And if I ever lose my eyes
If my colors all run dry
Yes, if I ever lose my eyes
Ooh, I won't have to cry no more

Yes, I'm bein' followed by a moon shadow
Moon shadow, moon shadow
Leapin' and hoppin' on a moon shadow
Moon shadow, moon shadow

And if I ever lose my legs
I won't moan and I won't beg
Oh, if I ever lose my legs
Ooh, I won't have to walk no more

And if I ever lose my mouth
All my teeth north and south
Yes, if I ever lose my mouth
Ooh, I won't have to talk

"Did it take long to find me?"
I asked the faithful light
"Oh, did it take long to find me
And are you gonna stay the night?"

I'm bein' followed by a moon shadow
Moon shadow, moon shadow
Leapin' und hoppin' on a moon shadow
Moon shadow, moon shadow

Moon shadow, moon shadow
Moon shadow, moon shadow

Phillip Morris is smiling

Smiling because he's robbing the financially struggling homeoweners of their hard earned money?

DV, do YOU support the homeonwers paying Morri's second, and illegal, STAR exemption?    (oh of course, you know NOTHING about property taxes nor the laws governing them.)

DV, do YOU support making people lose their homes in order to pay the taxes on this multi-million dollar FOR PROFIT business?????    Do you?????

DV, do YOU support homeonwers being forced to struggle financially in order to provide Morris with a lavish $200,000 salary?

Wild World Lyrics
Artist: Cat Stevens
Album: Wild World

Now that I've lost everything to you,
you say you want to start something new,
and it's breaking my heart you're leaving,
baby I'm grieving.

But if you wanna leave take good care,
hope you have a lot of nice things to wear,
but then a lot of nice things turn bad out there.

Oh baby baby it's a wild world,
it's hard to get by just upon a smile.
Oh baby baby it's a wild world.

I'll always remember you like a child, girl.
You know I've seen a lot of what the world can do,
and it's breaking my heart in two,
cause I never want to see you sad girl,
don't be a bad girl,
but if you want to leave take good care,
hope you make a lot of nice friends out there,
but just remember there's a lot of bad and beware,
beware,

Oh baby baby it's a wild world,
it's hard to get by just upon a smile
Oh baby baby it's a wild world,
and I'll always remember you like a child, girl.

Baby I love you, but if you wanna leave take good care,
hope you make a lot of nice friends out there,
but just remember there's a lot of bad,
and beware, beware,

oh baby baby it's a wild world,
it's hard to get by just upon a smile.
Oh baby baby it's a wild world,
and I'll always remember you like a child, girl.

Guess there wasn't a home good enough for him. He couldn't find a neighborhood that he felt safe in. Didn't want to spend his tax paid salary on the city's high taxes.

I'm sure the city struggle taxpayers understand!!!

Don't you think Proctors should be working on paying taxes rather than stealing from the financially struggling homeowners?

WHY do you fell that the poor should be paying the taxes on a FOR PROFIT business that brings in millions and provides it's CEO with a super lavish fat salary courtesy of the over-taxed taxpayers?

WHY should the poor pay the bills for the rich?    As an ALLEGED Catholic, is it your belief that Jesus would approve of the poor paying for the rich?

Oh, you won't answer those questions will you, Mr Severson, ALLEGED Catholic

I cannot believe this guy makes that much money as a salary for doing the poor job he does. And I would love to know how much he gets in perks and benefits above and beyond his salary. Proctors should have turned sufficient profits by now to start paying back any loans, etc., rather than getting more grants.
