If it is this savior, then WHY do the homeowners in the city pay almost the highest taxes in the whole USA????

IF it is this savior, can you explain why houses sit for sale for 6 months, a year, and more and no one buys them?
IF it is this savior, can you explain why so many homeonwers are trying to sell their homes and flee the city?
IF it is this savior, can you explain why most homeonwers who put their houses for sale fail in trying to sell?
If it is this savior, can you explain why so many houses are vacant?
If it is this savior, can you explain why people flee the city before they even sell their houses? That is, so very very very many houses for sale are empty.
If it is this savior, can you explain why vital necessary services to the homeonwers are being cut?

I am utterly and without embarrassment - Dedicated to protecting the Hamburg Street Corridor and assisting the merchants who -- due to the neglect of the previous two administrations -- have been withering on the vine..
