Woman accused of
hitting child with belt
    SCHENECTADY — A city woman faces a felony, accused of injuring her child with a studded belt, authorities said.
    Roxanne Hansen, 37, of Elmer Avenue, was charged Wednesday with one count of second-degree assault, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.
    Hansen is accused of hitting the child repeatedly in the legs, back and elsewhere with the studded belt, according to papers fi led in court.
    The child suffered welts, swelling, redness and pain and was taken to the emergency room for treatment, according to papers.

Just because you can procreate doesn't mean you should......

Excessive brutality to a defenseless child....too much of this going on behind closed doors.....

CPS  ...needs more invesitgatiive work accomplished.....

The country has gone amuck....and there is such passive views .....everyone looks the other way...
