The metroplex and the political locals are just projecting a false sense of economic security. That is bound to fail! It is just a government sponsored enterprise. Same as the u.s.post office and fannie mae and freddie mac. Creating an unsustainable debt and a false sense of economic security that crashes in the end and/or in need of a bail out. This is what happens when you don't allow the private sector to control the economic market.
Absolutely! Schenectady should be the example of how NOT to run economic development as socialism has NEVER been a healthy component of free enterprise. |

 Metrograft is socialism on steroids and reverse robin hood. Take from the poor with regressive sales taxes and give to rich connected multi-millionaire developers. But the left says nothing. Where's the outrage on this 1%? Silence. Because they are getting fat on the current arrangement. Thought the Metrograft model would sweep the Nation? lol. Maybe in China. |

No, especially not with the Schenectady Mayor elect. Hiding the fact that he was going to do this AFTER he secured the post, throwing Jennings under the bus and then lying how this was going to actually safe the taxpayers money. |
