Three and 98/100 ($2,643.9

292.11 Amend water rents and contract assessments for the year 2011 for the Town of
Rotterdam Water Districts.
293.11 Award the bid opened on Friday, October 28, 2011 to Rosen’s Uniforms 230 Central
Avenue, Albany, New York 12206 for “Standardized Uniforms and Equipment” for
the Police Department for a two (2) year period commencing January 1, 2012 through
December 31, 2013.
294.11 Award the bid opened on Friday, October 28, 2011 to Sonic Car Wash 500 Burdeck
Street, Schenectady, New York 12306 for “Car Washing Services for Police Vehicles”
for the Police Department for a two (2) year period commencing January 1, 2012
through December 31, 2013.
295.11 Authorize the Supervisor to execute an agreement with Tri-City Roofing, 2 Alta Road
Albany, New York for the replacement of the Water/Sewer Maintenance Garage roof
in an amount not to exceed $23,500.00.
296.11 Refer to Planning Commission for report and recommendation thereon a proposed
Local Law of the Year 2012 for the following purpose:
To allow for a Change of Zone request from G. B. Northeast 2, LLC
(Contract Vendee) for property located at 1, 7, 9, Lawndale Avenue
and 950 Curry Road and is known as Tax Parcel Nos. 58.7-3-15,
58.7-3-16, 58.7-3-17, and 58.7-3-31 respectively in Rotterdam, New
York. The applicant is requesting a Change of Zone from Single-
Family Residential (R-1) to Retail Business (B-1) to facilitate a
proposed CVS Pharmacy.
297.11 Authorize the Town Board of the Town of Rotterdam to waive Sewer Connection fees
in the amount of $149,000.00 and expend $125,000.00 for the purchase of an the
oversized sewer truck line for the project known as “Burdeck Street Corridor”.
298.11 Authorize the Town Attorney to enter into a Settlement Agreement in the matter of
Brookview Court Inc. vs. Town of Rotterdam and Mohonasen Central School District
Index # 2010-1646 Article 7 tax proceeding for the tax year 2010.
