U.S. Spent $200M on Egypt Election
Friday, 02 Dec 2011 03:09 PM
By Margaret Menge

The Obama administration spent some $200 million on democracy building in the lead-up to the elections this week in Egypt.

But with 65 percent of the vote going to Islamist candidates, it doesn’t appear the money was well spent. ..............>>>>.....................>>>>.......................http://www.newsmax.com/Newsfront/us-money-egypt-elections/2011/12/02/id/419829

The NEWSMAX (FoxSnooze) piece would imply that the USA spent money to influence the outcome of the election...
not to insure a democratic process.

Money well spent!!!  And of course the "occupiers" will ignore government largess and waste.  It was a good investment, it was in support of "democracy". There was no strings attached.  America was just looking for honest and fair elections, since America doesn't have a history of propping up regimes, America didn't care about the outcome.

Get back on the hamster wheel America and work off the $200 Million.  Somebody has to pay for it.

This type of wasteful spending is one reason why the people in this country should cut up the governments credit card. To make matters worse it now appears that Egypt will become a country governed by Sharia law and controlled by radicals.

Instability in the region assures American politicians have a boogieman or common enemy to scare the population with.  Our leaders must keep us in a state of fear.  And contrary to Box's belief, BOTH PARTIES DO IT.  Just listen to Sean Hannity.  He's obsessed with Sharia Law coming to America.  Then listen to anybody on the left justifying Al Awalaki's assassination.  The brown desert people is American enemy since the collapse of Communism and the Soviet Union.  It's called propaganda, but the general public is not educated to realize it.
