Your like a parent who gives their kid lots of hugs and kisses but don't make them stick to a curfew.  Your like the parent who praises their kid for everything they do.   You hand out trophies for all teams, even the last place ones.    You reward the repeat offender by dropping all their tickets becuase they showed up for court but give no lieniency to the first time offender.  

You give a tax break to the new guy on the block but not the business who toughed it out since the 1960s....
You give the grants and permission to tear down historic building but dont provide the grants to remove a burned out building that has been around for years.
