Smart entrepreneurs sell businesses while they are cash cows, before they crash of said cow.
I doubt that is what is happening here though - I just am skeptical that business could be rolling in dough.
The business was also listed in the Gazette classified under BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES this past SUN. Possibly wanting to get out now before things get worse, IF in fact that are currently in rough waters. This can be determined with a viewing of the past years books.
