I might reiterate that a alleged child molester by the name of TOMASELLI is involved in abuse and is mentioned in this story.. I think the people have right to know that. |

The AP reports that he faces 11 charges that included gross sexual assault, tampering with a victim, unlawful sexual contact, unlawful sexual touching and unlawful sexual contact. He has pleaded not guilty and is trying to convince the judge in that case — which is scheduled for trial next year — to suppress a videotaped confession he made." |

Syracuse DA conference today...he apologized to original accusers for not being abloe to do anything because of statute of limitations. He said first two accusers were credible and if it wren't for the statute of limitations he would be issuing an arrest warrant for Bernie Fine today. However, he has provided Bernie Fine's attorney with information about Tomaselli's claims that indicate he is not credible and that there was nothing to prove that Tomaselli was abused by Fine, including an indication that Fine was not in Pa when Tomaselli claims the abuse happened and that Fine actually couldn't be there becuase of the SU basketball schedule adn where he was then. |
