Syracuse police knew of sex-abuse allegations against coach

http://usnews.msnbc.msn.com/_n.....ations-against-coach

This is no different than rotterdam's supervisior constantino. He was a townwide known 'girl toucher' and the cops/chief/school knew but nothing was ever done. Perhaps constantino's victims should come forward NOW, just like they are at these colleges.

I did not know Mr. Constantino and was not involved with the Democratic Party in Rotterdam at that time. I have never met him so I have no way to judge whether what the Nayboobs say about him is true or not. However, the Rotterdam Police are one of the finest Police Agencies in America. If there was any criminal activity -- I am certain they would have rooted it out had someone reported it. However I have to ask -- If YOU -- Bumblthru -- KNEW something then you are just as bad as him for keeping it a secret for him.... Perhaps YOU should be arrested and tried for failing to report on it as was your responsibility? It does not surprise me that the Nayboobs of Negativity would cover up the crimes of an alleged molester and in this case it seems as if you did.......

Go FOIL the police reports(if they documented it), see if any police reports were filed.  Check with Paulino too, see if he documented any complaints against Jimmy while he was at Mohon.

In the words of Salami - 'nobody knew nuttin'.

BTW...Is the investigation completed on the Tommasone Administration yet?  I heard a lot of people claiming illegal activity...Seems like a pretty long investigation.

Ron, check with the beloved Chief. He was an investigator at that time. Also check with the beloved sheriff. He was a sargeant then, and moved up nice and fast. Check with the current supervisor. He was Sheriff then. Maybe they heard about it to, and didn't do anything.

How bout asking the parents of the girls constantino took a liking to. Ask them what they were told by rotterdam's finest when they tried to file a complaint!
And find out who the chief was in charge of this 'investigation'!

I think that the ENTIRE coaching staff at Syracuse should resign.

I think that every rotterdam cop/chief/sergent should be brought up on charges for knowing and allowing constantino to continue touching little girls!!

You are making some very reckless accusations -- you better have evidence to back it up.

Those don't prove the accusation that is being made -- namely that EVERY police officer knew what allegedly was going on.

Probably the statue of liminitations  prevent JC from ever paying for his crime...  The trouble with politicians
they all owe someone something and indebted to the party....just look at who will be in office soon and
where the rest of the family has employment....friends are inclucded too......expect that some of our Rotterdam employees will lose their jobs as part of the takeover....and see how their own party abandons
them.

Molestation/rape/abuse of children should not be tolerated...once is enough and get rid of them...put them in
prison and let the inmates take care of them...there is no rehab for these perverts...the laws are not stiff
enough....Good ol' boys rule.....there should be more women sitting on the bench....these guys would find
out what they will face....and no appeal....or deals......over in a flash....

How about the 2 men that abducted a boy from Parsons...took him to a motel.....and the rest is to
horrific for me to talk about....where are they ????

God bless all the victims...

While I certainly agree that there should be more women judges.  Females can and do commit pedophilia -- so more women on the bench would not solve the problem.

"Heather Moulden’s 2007 follow-up to Finkelhor’s research verifies, “despite a social reluctance to acknowledge female sexual abusers, reports suggest that they account for between 3% and 15% of all sexual offences” (387). However, as Richard Tewksbury reports, that number is probably much higher since “female sex offending is […] acknowledged as possibly less likely to be detected or reported” (30). Despite the general reluctance to pursue female suspects and to incarcerate them (Moulden 199), criminal acts by female offenders have reached a ratio of 6:1 compared to male criminal acts (Palmero 30). Moulden’s study of female sex offenders found that “females offended against younger victims and were more violent as compared with male abusers”

Not EVERY police officer.  Just those politically motivated like the former police chief now dem chair/county legislator or sergeant, then detective, now sheriff.

Police Chief at time Bernie Fine accusars made allegations is a grad of SU and the SU Basketball program....they tried to interview him.  His wife came to door and said they had no comment and told them not to come back. Current Chief all but said that previous Chief screwed up and didn't investigate properly.  It is pretty sad when things like this happen, and it's even sadder that sports programs at schools are such revenue generators that illisit activities get swept under to prevent hurting the sports program.

JUST BECAUSE SISSY SAYS SO DOESN'T MAKE IT SO...BUT HE THINKS IT DOES!!!!!
