Gary has had time to perfect his golf swing. Between Metrograft meetings he never attended, not reviewing the City budget and not investigating nothing.
Gary tried to talk his way around EVERYTHING he's done wrong from non-existent PILOT payment breakdowns to the fire chief's pension padding. Hull even pointed out that McCarthy NEVER addressed that issue to date.
Also, the graffiti in the City - McCarthy pushed that off on police department.
Hull took a great stand and when he said "the entire Council should have been fired" ...well that was CLASSIC!!
