NEWS FLASH:Council votes to charge a "fee" to anyone who sells/buys the TU. 
They already have this in Schenectady, it's called the DSIC. They thrive on strong-arming local businesses to pay them hundreds of dollars every year for tree grates and 'sidewalk improvements'. |
