I believe that one was the same one who made the same gutteral grunts toward me last year when I was running for council.
No one spoke however to McCarthy's triple dippin' duties, DA Investigator, acting mayor, city council president. And the fact that not only did he put forth the budget, he voted on it to. The whole thing was a scam.
i guess it is a scam when people praise the mayor at neighborhood meetings and not a scam when they attack him at city council.. so in other words... depends which voice of the people is more important, eh?

It's sad that the double-dipping, pension-padding and other quasi-illegal doings by the current 'leaders' are so blatant, even when the general public acknowledges their existence and ask for correction, nothing happens.
This is what happens when one party 'working together' has the ability to turn a blind eye and let wrongdoings perpetuate. It's not ethical, it's decimating the taxbase and in order for it to end, people with an independent spinal column need to be elected this November.
