My hubby had his water pump taken off and two bolts broke. One is sticking out but the top is off and the other is even with the "block" ?
The guy working on it tried everything from spraying something that should have loosened them and also using heat (a torch)
I searched google etc and most people advised drilling them out but this is not an option , something to do with aluminum?
So was wondering if anyone here has a similiar experience and how the bolts were removed. There is not alot of space to work where the pump was.
Thanks for any suggestions.

Thanks for the link, showed it to hubby. But he seems to think any suggestions I have are not going to work, so screw him, no pun intended : )
