[color=green][/color]I live at a condo devepopement off Helderberg.  Private property.  There are signs signs signs everywhere.  I called town haul.  Had to talk to three people in three departments to find out there are NO rules governing signs.  I have removed almost a dozen signs from private property.  I diubt the signs have much 'standing' on public property.

I remove them, hold them in my garage till election day then chuck them if no one ask for their sign backs.

Time to scrub Rotterdam of signs.

Ira, check the town code, section # 270-151.1.  Political signs.  There's your answer as far as the law, whether it's enforced or not.

How do the candidates get in touch with you to get their signs back? I am sure if you have them, they would like them back, because sometimes volunteers put them out profusely. Nonetheless I know there is someone who lives in WB phase II who put signs up in front of their condo. Whether or not he should, I do know he did it. Anyway let us know so the candidates of both parties can get them from you! Thanks!
