Let's talk about this because the DEMS couldn't sell GE Solar-lol. Too bad they don't need a manure spreader.

$40K wouldn't even wet the beak for the GE vultures. I'm sure Colorado found extra funds somewhere.

Most of their employees DO work from home(home sewers). The rest are called 'consultants'. They are people who offer 'home handbag parties' like the old tupperware parties.

So basically a modestly sized warehouse facility is needed for shipping and storing fabric/supplies with little manufacturing if any at all....correct?

So the need for two facilities??

Again...........another mildred elley?

I'll believe it when I see it!

Bumble, if Metroplex came to you, offered you a free building (well, that amount will be given later) and $40K ...wouldn't you like a tax free (oh, sorry PILOT) headquarters?

Come on, when the City gives away property, it looks good for the Plex. Of course the taxpayers suffer...but who care, it looks good in the press.

It's an election year rachel!!

The details will be withheld until after the election.

I still won't believe it until I see it.

Only an ignorant Nayboob/teapartier  would say that the community loses when jobs are created.   Maybe this explains why the teaparty Republicans voted down the Jobs Bill that President Obama sent to them --- see the teapartiers/Republicants under the leadership of Limbaugh/Hannity/Beck have wanted America to fail ....
the teapartiers/Republicants  are anti-America and as dangerous to our national security as any foreign terrorist group.

Yes, it would have been transparent if Gillen did another "this was an empty building back on the tax rolls" speech...but that wasn't the case. With the DHA headquarters deal, the purchase price was included in the press release.

When it's not disclosed, it's suspicious and that's because we're dealing with an entity which rarely takes the fiscally responsible route with the taxpayers money.

From what is being reported in the media.......it doesn't add up and doesn't make sense.

I'll believe it when I see it and how it all plays out in the months to follow.

This is typical of the   Nayboob/Tea-Party Republicans ...to complain about creating jobs.   A $40,000 investment which will lead to 40 new jobs is a great investment --- and hopefully other small manufacturing companies will follow.

$40,000 was not the total taxpayer giveaway. Are they going to pay full assessment? lol. 40 jobs will be created like McCarthy created 4,000 private sector Downtown jobs or how the Proctor's arcade jewelery store {now closed} will create 10 new jobs. DEMS love to exaggerate job creation and minimize tax creation.
